A LETTER TO OUR FRIENDS (14/10/2009)
Ten years have passed since SOUL TRAIN started its work in the small Jewish communities in the world. At that time we visited 5 communities in the Pacific North West of the USA and from there we entered a wonderful and exciting journey. Later we expanded our work to Europe and then to All together we are now active in about 50 small Jewish communities and more will join us in the future. These have been years of togetherness and love between Jews all over the world. We have enjoyed so many happy moments and have joined together around Jewish and Israeli enrichment programs. The communities have hosted so many Israeli artists and lecturers, counselors and a film director, a mime artist and many musicians. To name a few: We hope the world financial crisis will not affect SOUL TRAIN too much, and we want to continue our work without cutting off any of our activities. Believe me, it is not an easy task. We are now at last opening our website – www.soultrain.org.il Please visit it and give us your comments. We will do our best to make it better and better so that it will serve the communities and others in the very best way. Write to us and tell us what you think. As I have mentioned before, we need your input and ideas so that our programs will be exactly what you want and need. We are partners and will be very happy to here from you often.
